MD-Service SK Ltd is a Saint Petersburg pioneer in developing up-to-date refuse disposal system that consists of shaft’s flushing, clearing and disinfection.
Refuse chute elements are developed under the formulary СП 31-108-2002 «Мусоропроводы жилых и общественных зданий и сооружений» («Refuse chutes of residential and public buildings and structures») dated 01.01.2003. Our goods have all the necessary quality certificates.
For the years of our operations we have installed and supplied refuse chute elements to the great number of construction sites over Saint Petersburg, Moscow and other Russian regions.
Through opening the intake hopper one can transport waste materials to the refuse chute shaft. Our intake hoppers can be characterized in terms of convenience and failsafety, suiting the different sizes of shafts. They are leaktight and protect against smells, stop air supply in case of ignition. Fire-resistance period of our intake hoppers is 60min (see fire safety certificate).
Refuse chute shaft transports waste materials to the refuse trolley. Refuse chute shaft МД-01 meets the European standards: shaft surface is made of stainless plate steel which protects the surface from corrosion.

Cleaning system УПМ-01 includes special tank filled up with disinfectant liquid which flushes shaft due to a brush moving up and down. Cleaning system УПМ-01 is also fitted with fire extinguisher system so the refuse chute is kept clean and ignition can be localized at the initial stage in case of fire.
As the need arises, discharge door blocks a shaft and prevents waste materials from getting into the refuse trolley. Also it stops the spread of fire in case of ignition due to collapsible valve.

Supporting flange is a bearing support of the refuse chute.
This rubber slab protects bridging of the building from shaft vibration load, also it is a soundproof material.
